Customer Service Manager

This is a 12-month Maternity Cover contract. As a Customer Service Manager, you are responsible for leading the Customer Service Team, ensuring they are providing effective and efficient customer services.

Housing Options Officer - Maitland

This is a Permanent Part-time position (21 hours) based in the Maitland area. As a Housing Options Officer, you are responsible for providing high quality housing options service and advice in order to guide customers to the most appropriate housing program for them.
