Stop the Motion Competition

Are you aged between 10-24 years old and keen to learn about stop motion? Are you already a whiz and want to show off your creativity?

Entries will be shared on Hume's Facebook page, with the best two videos receiving a $100 gift voucher and having their work featured at the Casula Powerhouse Art Gallery!

Conditions of Entry

  1. Entries will be accepted from Wednesday, 11 August to Thursday, 30 September 2021.
  2. Videos will need to be a maximum of 30 seconds long.
  3. Only young people between the ages of 10-24 may submit an artwork.
  4. Young people under the age of 18 will need permission from their parent, carer, or guardian. 
  5. Each artist may only submit one (1) entry. 
  6. Entrants enter their stop motion video by uploading it on this competition page.
  7. Hume will not accept offensive, explicit, or obscene images.
  8. On submission of an entry and by ticking the consent box, the artist surrenders the use of the artwork to Hume. Images will only be used for the purposes of this competition, including sharing them on Hume’s Facebook Page for judging, by way of number of likes, and display in Casual Powerhouse Arts Centre, for the three winning videos.
