We build, develop, and offer project management services for the development and construction of properties that are fit for purpose, safe, secure, and affordable.

With 12 Social Housing units and 11 affordable 1 and 2-bedroom units, this development demonstrates Hume’s innovative use of land supply aligned with the State Environmental Planning Policy (SEPP) to achieve six times the housing yield of a private development.

72 High Street – East Maitland

Hume has managed a complex of 7 x 2 bedroom single storey villas in East Maitland for over 20 years. The complex was listed for sale and Hume has purchased the entire complex, as it is well located and the current leases would continue to home the 14 social housing tenants

Port Stephens Core and Cluster

Hume was successful in obtaining funding from DCJ in the Core and Cluster Tranche 2 rounds of funding. This important funding is for Hume to provide a Group Home specifically in the Port Stephens LGA for victims of domestic violence women.

This apartment complex has 60 units comprising of seventeen two-bedroom apartments, eight studio apartments and 35 one bedroom apartments, as well as two commercial spaces on the ground floor where our head office is now located.
