Through the Lens Selfie Competition winners announced!

The Through the Lens Selfie Competition was set up to celebrate Hume’s incredible customers and the first anniversary of Hume being in the Hunter. We received nearly 30 entries each with a sentence about what home meant to that customer. First prize winner Karen said that home was “A place that gave me my life back. I feel free after being homeless for so long”.

Thank you to our judges Mayor Loretta Baker, our amazing Woodberry customer Annie, and Hume Senior Manager Melissa Wiseman.

First prize winner Karen received a $250 voucher for a professional portrait session with family or friends with Creative Collective Photography at a location of her choice, second and third runners up Nicholas and Zhavia from Rutherford and Zahliya from Aberglasslyn  received $150 shopping vouchers, and fourth and fifth runners up Annette from East Maitland and Rhiannon from Raymond Terrace received $100 worth of photo equipment!
